Metirionic GmbH announced the successful integration of its Metirionic Advanced Ranging Stack (MARS) into Synaptics’ Veros™ Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® combo SoCs, enabling precision distance and angle estimation for mobile and embedded platforms.
The collaboration brings Bluetooth Channel Sounding from the lab to real-world applications such as secure access, indoor navigation, and asset tracking—advancing accuracy and spatial awareness across devices.

The joint demonstration at Synaptics Tech Day 2025 showcased how smartphones can automatically interact with their surroundings using proximity-based intelligence.
