Liability for contents
As a service provider, we are responsible in acc. with § 7 sect.1 TMG for our own contents on these pages according to the general legislation. In acc. with §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we being the service providers are not obligated to monitor transferred or saved external information or to search for circumstances indicating illegal activities. This shall not affect obligations to remove or bar utilization of information according to the general legislation. However, appropriate liability is only possible as of the time when we become aware of a specific infringement. Once we become aware of any appropriate infringement, we shall remove such contents immediately.
