Sales and Marketing Employee

Detailed Requirements:

 

  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of a strategic sales and marketing plan to expand our client portfolio and consolidate our market presence.
  • Conducting market research: Target group analysis, competitive analysis and identification of trends.
  • Planning and implementation of advertising campaigns in coordination with the management, including media selection and creative development.
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships by understanding individual client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identifying market opportunities, assessing sales potential and developing strategies for sustainable revenue growth.
  • Leading contract and price negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including media relations, press releases and media enquiries, to consistently execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales progress, challenges, emerging opportunities and customer feedback.
  • Quick resolution of customer disputes, complaints and challenges.
  • Handling support: managing hotline, email support and telcos.
  • Active feedback management: collection and analysis of customer reviews, suggestions for improvement and complaints.

Your Profile:

 

Education & Qualification:       

  • Completed studies in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in sales and/or marketing.

Expertise & Skills:

  • Sound knowledge in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Experience in market research, including target group and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and customer service.
  • Confidence in contract and price negotiations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including media communication.
  • Experience in patent and software licensing sales and marketing.

Soft skills:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • High customer orientation and empathy.
  • Strong problem solving skills and conflict management.
  • Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment.
  • Independent and goal-oriented approach to work.

Technical skills:

  • Confident in the use of common CRM and marketing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.

Languages:

  • Fluent in German (spoken and written)
  • Fluent in English

Other:

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • Further training in sales and marketing is a plus.
