- Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships by understanding individual client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identifying market opportunities, assessing sales potential and developing strategies for sustainable revenue growth.
- Leading contract and price negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including media relations, press releases and media enquiries, to consistently execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales progress, challenges, emerging opportunities and customer feedback.
- Quick resolution of customer disputes, complaints and challenges.
- Handling support: managing hotline, email support and telcos.
